Well is a locally owned and operated holistic therapy studio ​practicing ethical massage, hypnosis and bodywork centered around total body wellness located in Council Bluffs, Iowa. We specialize in customized services tailored to the individual. We incorporate a wide range of modalities.

Pricing is determined by the service provider, as each provider is an Independent Contractor; pricing details can be discussed when you make your appointment. There is a general guideline for pricing at the end of each short bio in the "About Us" section below.

About Us
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
Kat Dunham, LMT
Kat Dunham LMT, has been practicing massage therapy since 2004. She is nationally board certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is a member of the International Cupping Therapy Association. She has been repeatedly listed in the Nonpareil’s Readers Choice Awards for Massage Therapy. Kat's specialties are Integrative and Deep Tissue Massage. She is continually studying and researching new modalities and techniques to fit her clients unique needs as she believes everyone should have access to the benefits of massage therapy. Kat is available Wednesday-Saturday by appointment only.

Kristi Moore, LMT
Kristi Moore, LMT is a transplant from eastern Iowa. She's been practicing massage since 2005, graduating from Capri College in Davenport, Ia. She was an instructor at Capri for a little over a year, until she moved in 2010. She's done massage on RAGBRAI for several years, and strives to find new modalities and techniques to improve her clients' well being. Kristi is available Monday and Wednesday-Saturday by appointment only.

Pat Snook, Certified Advanced Hypnotist & Reiki Master
Pat Snook is a life-long learner and adventurer! Wellness has always been her focus from her academic career as a Medical Technologist to
her more esoteric studies of the movement of breath and energy in the body. Through her journey she has acquired training and certifications in Yoga, Tai Chi, Advanced Hypnotherapy and Holy Fire Reiki. She has a
passion to connect the energies of mind, body, and spirit to create transformations of peace, wellness, and healing. Her greatest pleasure
is to help others consciously transform their energy and move through life with ease. Pat is available Sundays by appointment only.
